Our Story
The practice of Life Care Planning was pioneered by Paul M. Deutsch, Ph.D. in the early 1980's. Dr. Deutsch is credited with developing the principles, tenets, methodologies, and processes utilized industry wide by today’s life care planners on a nation-wide basis.
Robert Tremp, M.A., C.R.C., C.L.C.P. trained with Dr. Deutsch and has worked closely with him in educating and presenting life care plans and vocational analyses. Since 2001, Mr. Tremp has applied his knowledge and expertise in the field of life care planning by providing well founded and researched reports for injured patients. Upon Dr. Deutsch’s retirement, Mr. Tremp founded Discovery Life Care Planning to continue Dr. Deutsch’s legacy by developing life care plans and also vocational analyses for injured patients.
Ms. Bejlokova-Carey M.B.A. has spent years working with referral sources. She has developed a series of businesses under the "Client" umbrella, offering referral sources a selection of services that provide efficient and effective support for their cases.
During 2022, Mr. Tremp partnered with Janette Bejlokova-Carey to form Client MD Life Care Plans.

Owner of Discovery Life Care Planning and Vocational Rehabilitation
Robert has over two decades of experience working in Rehabilitation Counseling. He has provided expert court testimony in Vocational Evaluation, Loss Earning Capacity and Life Care Planning. He is nationally and internationally recognized as an expert who has provided forensic consultations throughout the continental United States, Puerto Rico and the Americas.
President of Client MD Life Care Plans
Janette is a driven business professional and entrepreneur. Along with Client MD Life Care Plans, Janette has co-founded multiple other businesses including Client Legal Funding and Client Investigation Services. She is a Double EAGLE sponsor of the Florida Justice Association.
Certified Valuation Analyst/ Master Analyst in Financial Forensics
Dr. Volkov is certified as a Valuation Analyst and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He consults with firms providing litigation support in the areas of forensic economics and finance and has given expert testimony regarding damages calculations in personal injury, wrongful death, employment, and commercial litigation.
Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon
Specializing in orthopaedic spine surgery, Dr. Tontz is trained in evaluating spinal conditions. His areas of expertise include spine trauma and reconstruction, minimally invasive cervical and lumbar surgery, as well as non-operative spinal care and decompression surgery.
